The RMIT Blockchain Club is a small club at RMIT University that meet to discuss how we can use blockchain and other secure protocols to make the internet a better place.
Their old logo was designed quickly in Photoshop, and after the president reached out to me to redesign their logo for 2020, this is what I've come up with.
The president of the club wanted something that represented the "blockchain", and suggested essentially something similar to their current logo, but a bit more sophisticated. I decided to make a design that incorporated 3 cubes linked together, this is what I eventually came up with.
Of course it also comes as a standalone icon and in a version that works on a dark background.
The new logo is simple, recognisable, and I believe improves on the original design a lot.
