Method

  1. Slowly melt the copha in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Stir in rice bubbles, icing sugar, coconut and cocoa powder until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into patty cases and refrigerate until firm. (10 minutes)

Notes

Can also be spooned onto baking paper for smaller crackles.
